INSTITUTIONAL

History:

Irmãos Ayres S/A - IASA is the result of the work of brothers John and Mario Ferreira Ayres, who in 11.29.1955 decided to join also in their professional activities, creating a mechanic shop specializing in reconditioning of imported parts for cars and machinery, a pioneering effort of nationalization.

IASA in 1969 was managed by the sons of Mario Ayres Ferreira, innovating and continuing with the work started. IASA board remains in until the present day.

Fruit of the acceptance of its products and services the need to expand its manufacturing area appeared; therefore a new building with modern facilities was built in January 1986.

It is part of the history of IASA’s constant investments in research, training, new technologies, advanced software and tools for control and management. With that pattern in mind the goal for the coming years is to further increase these investments so that there is constant improvement in its processes, higher quality products and services and thus be able to stay in the ranking among the best companies in its field.
