Structured with highly skilled and specialized professionals, the AYRES
IRMÃOS S/A - IASA manufactures equipment custom-engineered by
themselves or designed by client’s request, providing from basic
engineering to start-up, according to national and international
standards and internationally applicable, disposing of an entire
logistics for special freight transportation.
Equipments are manufactured in carbon steel, special steels, castings,
nonferrous metals, like stainless steel and polymers, using advanced
tools for planning and production control.
IASA also carries out boiler services and special machinery and in
general, besides maintenance, installation and retrieval of parts and
mechanical equipment, plus revitalization and reform of cranes and
gantries.
For the manufacture of products and implementation of services IASA uses
special processes such as painting and welding GMAW (MIG MAG), GTAW (TIG)
SMAW Electrode (Coated), SAW (submerged arc) and FCAW (wire Tube).
It operates in the areas of mining, steel, metallurgy, chemicals, cement,
power generation, automotive, oil and gas, petrochemicals, irrigation,
sanitation, marine, offshore, among others.
